In our review, we ensure that the company’s information is as complete and accurate as possible in order to build a solid foundation for a correct evolution by the CDP.
The CDP has established itself as a leader for sustainability rating since its founding in 2000. On behalf of 800+ investors CDP collects each year from the participating companies standardized questionnaires on a voluntary basis which cover the most important environmental issues. Taken together, these investors manage assets of more than 78 billion US dollars and possess the majority of the top-selling stock-exchange-listed companies in the world.

Together with the Investment Leaders Group, The CO-Firm extended the modelling pilot first developed with Allianz Global Investors, Allianz Climate Solutions and WWF Germany. Risk impacts in a potential 45 EUR, 2° C world range from an average of a) -76%, b) -15%, and c) -14% in selected sectors and countries. These impacts can be managed by companies – but only to a limited extent. For example, mitigation activities for electric utilities were shown to be able to increase margins by more than 50 % in the UK and Spain.
